30-day returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you — usually with no need to return it.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, some items can't be returned once opened. This is noted on the product page where it applies.
