Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at amcubeo@outlook.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another solution.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
